After a lackluster effort against Vanderbilt in the season opener and a crazy week of weather and school activity, the team returned to the field Sunday afternoon in Memphis, TN to face the Unviersity of Memphis Tigers.  Alabama weathered an early storm by Memphis to take control of the game and eventually come away victorious.

The Alabama Lacrosse Club is excited to announce our schedule for the 2010 spring season.  The team will play a total of 17 games, a big step up from the 10-12 game schedules we have had in the past.  We have a great home schedule with 8 games highlighted by matchups with Vanderbilt and South Florida.  The team will also make trips to Ole Miss, Memphis, Georgia Tech, Clemson, Georgia, and Rienhardt.  And to top it all off, we will be playing three exciting games at neutral sties; Baylor in Memphis, TN, Kentucky in Huntsville, AL, and Auburn in Birmingham, AL.  The matchup against Auburn will be the 3rd year in a row we will finish our season by playing each other in Birmingham and should cap off an exciting day showcasing the growth of lacrosse in the state.  The full schedule can be seen below. . .
